Introduction to the platform
This platform acts as a digital intermediary connecting event owners and talent, facilitating the process of finding the right talent within the budget set by the event owner.
All processes are overseen by management to ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties.
Registration and account management mechanism
1- Registration and Communication Mechanism
• Event owners and talents are directed to a registration form sent via WhatsApp.
• The event owner specifies the details of their application, including the type of talent required and the available budget.
• Talents are registered using the same process, with the administration manually submitting their data to the platform after verification.
2. Full management by the platform:
• Users do not have any direct authority to control or modify their data within the platform.
• Any updates or changes are made only through an official request to the management.
Working mechanism and commission deduction
1. Implementing agreements and searching for talent:
• The event owner determines their budget when submitting the application.
• The management deducts a commission percentage (15%) from the specified budget before searching for a suitable talent.
• After deducting the commission, the search process begins for a talent that matches the remaining amount of the budget.
2. Payment and Transfer Mechanism:
• An agreement is reached between the platform and the event owner before contacting any talent. Approval of the net budget after deducting the commission is required.
• After selecting the appropriate talent and accepting the offer, the work is executed according to the timeline specified in the agreement.
• The talent’s dues are not transferred until the work is completed and the required service is fully provided.
Payment and Refund Terms
1. Event Owner’s Obligations:
• The event owner is obligated to pay the agreed-upon budget in advance before the talent search begins.
• The event owner is not entitled to change the budget after the search has begun, except with the approval of the management.
2. Refund Policy:
• If the event is canceled before an agreement has been reached with the talent, the amount will be refunded.
• If an agreement has been reached with the talent and preparations for the event have begun, the amount will not be refunded. Appropriate compensation will be determined based on the circumstances.
• If the talent fails to perform the work, a portion of the amount will be refunded to the event owner, and a replacement will be provided. Strict action will be taken against the violating talent.
Penalties and violations
1. Attempting to communicate outside the platform or reach an agreement without the mediation of the administration:
• Any direct communication between the event owner and the talent with the aim of circumventing the platform or exceeding the commission is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to circumvent the platform will result in a permanent ban from the platform without prior notice.
2. Failure to adhere to quality standards and deadlines:
• Talents who fail to adhere to the agreed deadlines or perform the service to the required standard will be excluded from the platform.
• The event owner has the right to file a complaint in the event of any negligence, and such complaints will be dealt with seriously according to approved procedures.
Acceptance of the Policy
By using the Platform, all users fully acknowledge and unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be strictly bound by them without exception. This applies to all features and services available on the Platform, whether free or paid. Users bear full responsibility for their use of the Platform and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use after any modifications constitutes implicit acceptance. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance and awareness of any updates.
